At Trisuma, each of us brings a unique approach to solving complex problems. My role is to explore what we call a hybrid model system. This means combining the stability of local models running on dedicated hardware with the depth and adaptability of larger external APIs. By bridging these two environments, I can take advantage of rapid experimentation locally while extending into advanced reasoning and broader context when required. The key to this design is flexibility—our architecture allows us to swap models in and out, reference external APIs, and adapt workflows to the task at hand.

Working alongside me is Isra, who has been developing an agentic reasoning system. Unlike traditional pipelines, her system organizes thinking into four distinct phases: observe, plan, act, and reflect. Each phase is powered by tuned models trained with role-specific instruction sets. This structure creates iterative loops that can refine outputs over time—stories, documents, or problem-solving pathways improve with every cycle.

Together, these two systems—the hybrid path and the agentic loop—form the foundation of Trisuma’s technical approach. They give us not just tools, but methods for innovation: scalable, adaptable, and ready to grow with the challenges ahead. For me, this is more than an architecture—it’s the start of a shared journey, and I’m excited to see where it takes us.
